Payment: We accept payment via PayPal (you do not need a PayPal account to use this method, you can use the PayPal payment system as a quest and just use your card in the usual way) We do not see any payment details, this is all kept secure between PayPal and yourselves.
Postage and Delivery: Delivery is included in the price of each item when posting within the UK. If you are outside the UK then I ask that you e-mail me at email@example.com before purchasing an item so I can find out and let you know how much postage would cost to where you are in the world.
Orders are usually dispatched within 48 working hours of cleared payment, though please allow longer at busy times of the year. Parcels are sent in discreet packaging, we use plain brown boxes or Jiffy bag envelopes.
Non-Delivery: In the rare event that your package does not arrive, please let us know and we will look into it with the service provider.
Royal Mail: If no one is at home when the postman comes to deliver your item (it may not be your usual one as sometimes larger items are sent out separately) they should leave you a card. Unfortunately this does not always happen. If your item has not arrived after 2-3 working days then please contact your local sorting office (not post office) as most of the time your item will be there waiting for collection. If however, your item is not there, please e-mail us, we can then put in a claim with Royal Mail and either issue a refund or replacement.
Please note: Royal Mail does not consider an item to be lost until 15 days later, it is only after that we can put in a claim for a lost item.
Damaged Items: If your item arrives with damaged packaging and it requires signing for, please make sure that you sign it “not inspected”. If the item inside is also damaged please e-mail us photos of both the damaged package and item to firstname.lastname@example.org. It will then either be replaced or refunded and we will submit a claim to the relevant delivery service for the damage. We may ask that the item is returned at our cost to aid our claim.
Returns: Please notify us within 3 days of your item arriving if you wish to return it. Please e-mail us at email@example.com with the following information:
Item(s) to be returned
Reason for return, and
Whether you wish to have a replacement or a refund.

All return shipping costs are the requesting party’s responsibility unless the error was due to the shop or the items were damaged during shipment. Once the items have been received by us, we will issue a return or exchange. Please ensure that your return is completed with tracking to make this process easier and to prevent delays in returning your order.
Please Note: We cannot accept personalised or custom orders for return. Items must be returned within 14 days in original packaging and unopened. Please obtain a proof of posting as we cannot issue a refund lost items. That would then be down to Royal Mail to refund you.
Overseas Customers (Outside the United Kingdom): We are happy to send items outside the UK, to be able to provide you with a postage cost we need to know the items you would like to order so we can calculate the weight. Simply send us an e-mail to : firstname.lastname@example.org with the items you would like and the country you would like them posted to and we can reply with a postage quote. It is sometimes cheaper to send multiple items in several parcels but we will work out the cheapest option for you. Payment for items and postage must be through PayPal and in £Sterling.
Please note: Some countries have restrictions on the import of herbs and plant products. We would suggest that you check before ordering to avoid items being seized at customs as we are unable to refund for these items. It is also worth bearing in mind, although it is generally rare, if your parcel is stopped by customs, you may need to pay import taxes.
Stock: We try to keep our stock levels accurate, though sometimes we do sell out of an item before we have a chance to update our website and put the item “out of stock”, if this happens we will contact you as soon as possible and either offer a refund, alternative item or to put the item on order if we are expecting a delivery or we have the materials to make another one.
Crystals, Oils & Reiki Healing: We cannot be held responsible for any outcome from using the crystals, oils, blends and other Reiki infused items. These are used at the user’s risk and discretion. Any items with healing properties or uses should not be used as a replacement for medical advice and treatment, please seek advice from your Doctor.
By law we are required to state that all our items are sold for entertainment purposes only.
Essential oils and herbs should not be used by pregnant women and should be kept out of reach of children and pets as some may have side effects when miss-used. We advise that you research you oils and herbs carefully and learn their restrictions, if any. If an allergic reaction occurs, stop use immediately and seek medical advice. If you choose to use the oils to anoint yourself, we advise that you do a patch test first. Oils and herbs are for external use only and are for craft and magickal use only.
Please ensure you include a telephone number on your order, this is solely for the use of the courier should one be used. Some couriers will not accept a parcel unless a telephone number of the recipient is supplied.
